Terms of Service

Dabrowski Digital LLC provides digital services including website design and development, SEO, digital marketing, business automation and customer communication solutions. The specific scope of any engagement will be defined in a separate agreement.

Any quotes or estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope of work changes. Final pricing and timelines are confirmed in a written agreement.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any materials required to complete the agreed work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, are defined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due as specified in the invoice.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for the project, subject to any third-party licenses. We retain the right to use general methods, tools and code libraries developed independently.

While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, traffic levels or revenue outcomes. SEO and marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dabrowski Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability or policies of third-party platforms, tools or services integrated into a project.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
